Last week I asked, “What’s your inner condition?"

Today I want to go a little deeper and explain that your external reality (3D Physical Realm of Appearance) mirrors the state of your internal being.

To understand this concept, it requires deep introspection. The dictionary defines introspection as:

INTROSPECTION (NOUN)

Observation or examination of one’s own mental and emotional state, mental processes, etc. The act of looking within oneself.

There is a healthy and unhealthy way of engaging your inner self. Healthy introspection isn’t about criticizing or condemning yourself but identifying and inquiring with curiosity.

When you delve deep into your conscious awareness and witness the subtle interplay between your thoughts, emotions, and manifestations.

Just as a mirror faithfully reflects your physical appearance, the universe mirrors your thoughts, beliefs, and intentions, manifesting experiences that align with your inner resonance. That’s your RVS. (Resting Vibrational State).

Every circumstance, encounter, and experience hold a sacred message, offering insights into our subconscious beliefs and desires.

When you encounter recurring patterns or obstacles, you are being asked to explore the underlying thoughts, emotions, or beliefs producing your current reality.
